Perfect and lovely place, I appreciated to be here.
The service was accommodating during my stay. Got ironing free of charge, not bad too. Location: the hotel was near to the hillside behind the inn and the restaurant and the bar.

Just a solid selection for a holiday in Bampton (Devon) with very nice value for money. The beer was good and it was dog-friendly, a nice touch. Bring your own dog bed and a cover if your pup sleeps on the bed.

The service was very good! The superior king room with a very comfortable bed had basic facilities you need. As for me, the location was exceptionally nice, near the Exeter Inn, TIverton at short notice, and the restaurant.

great central spot for exploring awesome local landmarks
We felt so at home in this lovely old pub building, perfect for a short getaway, and even though I only stayed for one night, I loved the easy walk to Bampton Heritage & Visitor Centre, just about 2 km away, and the beautiful views at Knightshayes Court, just 5.5 km from our stay.

Great place for a couple getaway
The breakfast was a standout, every choice fresh and beautifully cooked. I mean, we were here for just one night but the food's quality seemed like five-star dining and the staff treated us like family, going out of their way to was nice.
Not the cheapest place but worth the investment.
